摘　　要：目的　介绍儿童乳牙反牙合的早期矫治方法和意义。方法　反覆牙合深的用下颌联冠式斜面导板 ,反覆牙合浅的用牙合垫式活动矫治器附双曲舌簧 ,来调整上下颌骨间的关系。结果　经X线投影测量SNASNBANBMP/FHS -Gn/FHU1-FHMP -L11-NP 1-NB都发生了变化。结论　乳牙期的反牙合多为功能性的 ,宜早期矫治。Objective To introduce the methods for early treatment of primary dentition crossbite and the importance of early treatment.Methods All of the cases are divided into two groups: group one with deep overbite; group two with low overbite. Different treatment are performed on different groups to adjust the relationship between maxillary and mandible arch: group one with guide plates which have inclined plane; group two with removable appliance which have bite block and lingual double spring.Results Some of the parameters of cephalometric analysis have changed, such as SNA ?SNB?ANB?MP-FH?SGn-FH?MP-L1?1-NP?1-NB. There are statistically significant difference between them.Conclusion Most of the primary dentition crossbite is functional malocclusion; they should be treated early.
