白内障超声乳化术后应用非甾体抗炎药滴眼剂的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　观察 0 .1%吲哚美辛滴眼剂、0 .0 3%欧可芬滴眼剂和 0 .0 2 5 %地塞米松滴眼剂对白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术后炎症的疗效。方法　随机将 72例老年性白内障患者分为 3组 ,分别于术前术后滴用0 .1%吲哚美辛滴眼剂、0 .0 3%欧可芬滴眼剂和 0 .0 2 5 %地塞米松滴眼剂 ,三组均合并使用抗生素滴眼剂 ,术后询问症状 ,进行视力、裂隙灯、眼底镜、眼压检查。结果　术后第 1、3、7、14天三组症状、体征评分差异无显著性。不同时间三组眼压值差异无显著性。结论　非甾体抗炎药滴眼剂与糖皮质激素滴眼剂在控制白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术后炎症反应具有相同疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of indocollyre 0.1%(indomethacin eye drops),ocufen 0.03%(flurbiprofen sodium 0.03%).versus 0.025% Dexamethasone ophthalmic solution in reducing inflammation after phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation.Methods 72 eyes of 72 cataract patients were divided into 3 groups randomly.The first group was given indocollyre 0.1% before and after the surgery.The second group was given ocufen 0.03% before and after the surgery.The third group was given 0.025%Dexamethasone ophthalmic solution after the surgery.These 72 patients were examined by split lamp and ophthalmoscope.The IOP was measured before and after surgery.Results There was no significant difference among the syndromes and symptoms score of the three groups.And there was no significant difference among the IOP of the three groups.Conclusion This study shows indocollyre 0.1%,ocufen 0.03%,and 0.025%Dexamethasone ophthalmic solution are equally effective for the control of inflammation after cataract surgery performed by phacoemulsification followed by the implantation of intraocular lens.
