摘　　要：在全面开放条件下 ,如何构建网上实验室作了一些探讨。从长远看 ,网上实验室的建设与实验室的全面开放是实验教学改革的基础 ,是实验教学改革与实验室建设向纵深发展的基本条件 。The construction of the Internet laboratory based on the all round open experiment teching system was discussed. From long run, the construction of the Internet is a basic requirement as the building of the open oriented experiment teaching system, which will gear up the efficiency in fostering the creative personnel.
