摘  要:目的 探讨c -myc反义寡核苷酸 (ASODN)对人黏液表皮样癌MEC -1细胞超微结构的作用特点。方法 将实验分成两组 ,处理组用 10 μmol/L 的c -mycASODN作用于细胞 72h ;对照组细胞未经处理 ,分别采用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜 (TEM)观察各组细胞超微结构的形态变化。结果 SEM观察经c -mycASODN作用的黏液表皮样癌MEC -1细胞微绒毛明显减少且缺乏立体感而呈平铺状 ;TEM观察处理组细胞亦可见表面的微绒毛减少 ,且胞浆中有明显的空泡形成及线粒体肿胀等。对照组细胞超微结构无此类变化。结论 c -myc反义寡核苷酸对人黏液表皮样癌MECObjective To investigate the effects of c-myc antisense oligodeoxynucleotides(ASODN) on the ultrastructure of human mucoepidermoid carcinoma MEC-1 cells. Methods MEC-1 cells, treated with and without 10 μmol/L of c-myc ASODN, were served as c-myc ASODN group and control group, respectively. The ultrastructural changes of MEC-1 cells were observed under scanning electromicroscope(SEM) and transmission electromicroscope(TEM) after 72 h . Results Significant decrease in the number of MEC-1 cell microvilli was observed under SEM and TEM in c-myc ASODN treated group. Many vacuoles and swollen mitochondria were also found in the cytoplasma under TEM. Conclusion c-myc ASODN can decrease the malignant degree of the human mucoepidermoid carcinoma MEC-1 cells.
