短程三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察不同三联方案药物搭配、剂量的效果来探索理想的治疗幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)的方案。方法 :Hp阳性十二指肠溃疡和非溃疡性消化不良患者 2 40例 ,随机分成三组 :OBF组 :O奥美拉唑 2 0 mg+B果胶铋 2 0 0 mg+F呋喃唑酮 10 0 mg;OBG组 :O奥美拉唑 2 0 mg+B果胶铋 2 0 0 mg+G庆大霉素缓释片 80 mg;OBM组 :O奥美拉唑 2 0m g+B果胶铋 2 0 0 m g+M甲硝唑 40 mg,所有药物均每日 2次 ,疗程 7d。结果 :实际完成 2 2 7例 ,Hp根除率分别为OBF 87.5 % (6 3/72 ) ,OBG 82 .5 % (6 6 /80 ) ,OBM 6 8% (5 1/75 ) ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :OBF和 OBG疗法具有疗效高 ,副作用小 ,价廉等特点 ,是理想的根除 Hp方案。Objective:To observe the efficacies of combining PPI,bismuth,antibiotics complex in different regimens in eradicating Helicobater pylor(H.pylor).Methods:240 patients with duodenal ulcer(DU) and non-ulcer dyspepsia(NUD),all were H.Pylor positive were allocated randomly into 3 groups.Group OBF:O omeprazole 20 mg bid,B bismuth citrate 200 mg,bid,F furazolidone 100 mg,bid,for 7 days;Group OBG;O omeprazole 200 mg,bid,B bismuth citrate 20 mg,bid,G gentamicim 80 mg,bid,for 7 days;Group OBM;O omeprazole 20 mg,bid,B bismuth citrate 200 mg,bid,M metronidazole,400 mg,bid,for 7 days.Results:The H.pylori eradication rats in groups OBF?OBG?OBM were 87.5 %?82.5 %?68 % respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:OBF and OBG possess the advantages of low dosage?short course?high efficacy,and can be used as optimal H.pyloric eradicationg regimens.
