摘　　要：目的 :探讨白内障术后迟发型急性前葡萄膜炎发生的病因及治疗方法。方法 :对 11例白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术后迟发型急性前葡萄膜炎患者的发病时间、诱因、临床表现、皮质残留情况及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 :发病时间一般发生在术后 3周左右 ;女性患者发病率明显低于男性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;以有糖尿病或关节炎的白内障患者、外伤性白内障或第二次施行白内随手术患者的发生率较高 ;散瞳检查 ,周边皮质残留检出率较高 ;对皮质类固醇治疗敏感。结论 :白内障术后迟发型急性前葡萄膜炎可能是由免疫复合物介导的变态反应引起 。To observe the etiology and the method of therapy of delayed acute anterior uveitis after extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (PC IOL). Methods:The onset time,inducement,clinical manifestation,cortex residue and therapy of 11 cases were retrospectively studied. Results:The delayed acute anterior uveitis usually attacked on the 3 weeks after operation.The incidence in female was obviously lower than that in male (P<0 05).Patients with diabetes,arthritis or ECCE (with or without intraocular lens implantation) even had a higher incidence.Cortex residue usually can be found in the patients with delayed acute anterior uveitis.Corticosteroid therapy was sensitive. Conclusions:The patients with delayed acute anterior uveitis after ECCE with intraocular lens implantation may be an allergic reaction resulting from immune complex.And routine corticosteroid administration in time could avoid serious complications.
