摘　　要：目的　探讨新鲜羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植术在复发性翼状胬肉治疗中的作用。方法　以新鲜羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植手术治疗复发性翼状胬肉 3 1例 3 6眼 ,术后随访 5～ 2 4月。结果　植片全部存活 ,无排斥反应发生。随访期内有 2眼翼状胬肉复发。供体角膜缘区无并发症发生。结论　新鲜羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植是一种治疗复发性翼状胬肉的简单、安全、有效的手术方法。Objective To discuss the effects of amniotic membrane transplantation with limbal autografts for patients with recurrent pterygium.Methods Transplantations of amniotic membrane and limbal autograft were adopted in 31 cases 36 eyes with recurrent pterygium for 5 to 24 months follow-up time.Results All the grafts survived and no immunological rejection occurred.Recurrences occurred in 2 eyes in the follow-up period time.No complications appeared in donor limbal areas.Conclusion Transplantation of amniotic membrane with limbal autografts is a kind of simple,safe and effective surgery for recurrent pterygium.
