摘　　要：目的:探讨超声对肺癌肾上腺转移癌的诊断价值。方法:46例CT诊断为肺癌肾上腺转移癌的病人,超声诊断43例,将超声诊断率与CT诊断率进行比较。结果:经卡方检验得:x2=1.38,P>0.05,超声诊断率与CT诊断率无显著性差异。结论:超声对肺癌肾上腺转移癌的诊断与CT一样,具有重要的临床价值,可作为肺癌肾上腺转移癌的首选影像学诊断方法。ve To study the ultrasonographic diagnosis value on lung cancer with metastatic tumors of the adre-nals. Methods We investigated 46 patients suffering from lung cancer with metastatic tumors of the adrenals diagnosed by CT,among whom 43 cases were diagnosed by ultrasonography. The ultrasonographic diagnosis ratio was compared with CT. Results There was no significant difference between the diagnosis ratio of ultrasonography and the diagnosis ratio of CT( P > 0. 05). Conclusions The ultrasonography and CT have same important clinical diagnosis value for lung cancer with metastatic tumors of the adrenals.
