子宫内膜癌68例预后因素临床分析

摘　　要：探讨子宫内膜癌的预后相关因素。分析 6 8例子宫内膜癌患者的临床病理资料。结果发现 4 0岁以上患者的 5年存活率略低于年轻发病者 ,绝经与否对 5年存活率无影响 ,5年存活率足月产≥ 2次者为 92 7% (P <0 0 5 ) ,行以手术为主的综合治疗者可达94 7% ,临床Ⅰ期者为 98 0 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,腺癌略高于其他类型癌 (P >0 0 5 ) ,子宫肌层浸润深度 <1/ 2者达 94 0 % (P <0 0 5 )。提示手术方式、临床分期、子宫肌层浸润深度和足月产次是影响子宫内膜癌预后的重要因素。To investigate the prognosis relevant factors of endometrial carcinoma. Clinical pathological materials of 68 cases of endometrial carcinoma were analyzed. The 5 year survival rate of ≥40 years old women with endometrial carcinoma was slightly less than that of the younger women, while menopause showed no influence on the survival rate .The 5 year survival rate of patients with term parity ≥2 was 92 7%( P <0 05), while it was 94 7% in patients with surgery and other adjuvant therapies,98 0% in clinical stage I ( P <0 05),and 94 0% with invasion to uterine muscle with depth<1/2 ( P <0 05).The 5 year survival rate of endometrial adenocarcinoma was slightly higher than that of other types of cancer ( P >0 05). Therefore, surgical method ,clinical staging ,invasion depth of uterine muscle and number of term parity are the important factors which influence the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
