大黄对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注心脏损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：取老龄大鼠分为对照组、模型组、大黄组、尼莫地平组、血栓心脉宁组 ,观察大鼠全脑缺血再灌注后心脏病理组织变化及有关指标改变。结果表明 ,老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注心脏组织损伤明显 ,大黄具有明显保护作用 ,其作用机制与大黄拮抗自由基损伤。Aged rats were divided into control group,model group, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei group,Nimodipine group and Xueshuan Xinmainin group to observe the histopathology change and changes of relevant indexes in the heart.It displayed an obvious heart tissue injury after reperfusion.And Radix et Rhizoma Rhei has a marked protective action,which is related to its antagonism to free fadical injury,and its ability to regulate changes of neuropeptide.
