摘  要:目的 探讨青少年女生个体营养状况评价方法。方法 用整群抽样方法抽取某校一~三年级 8个班 41 1名 1 5~ 1 8岁女生为样本 ,测定每人身高、体重 ;分别采用Broca、改良Broca、平田、理想、回归体重比法 ,BMI(1 )与BMI(2 )法评定每人营养等级 ,描述各法评价的消瘦、偏瘦、正常、超重、肥胖 5级频率 ,并分析其与实际符合程度 ;用 χ2 检验方法比较各法评价结果有无差别。结果 BMI(2 )法评价的前述 5级频率依次分别为 2 .92 %、2 .1 9%、86 .37%、3 .65 %、4.87% ,较符合我国青少年个体营养状况的实际情况 ;各方法评价结果的 χ2 检验 ,χ2 值为 764 .68,P <0 .0 0 1 ,差异有非常显著意义。结论 BMI(2 )Objective To explore the methods for evaluating nutritional status of female teenager individuals.Methods A cluster sample of 411 first- to third-grade female students belonged to 8 classes, aged 15~18 years, was drawn from a school. Their height and weight were determined, and they were classified according to seven methods of evaluating nutritional status. The constituent ratios of slender, lean, normal, overweight and fat were calculated, and the validity of evaluation seven methods was analyzed. The differences in the evaluation results of seven methods were analyzed by Chi-squared test. Results The constituent ratios of slender, lean, normal, overweight and fat evaluated by BMI (2) were 2.92%. 2.19%, 86.37%, 3. 65% and 4.87% respectively, the result is in accordance to the practical nutritional status of Chinese female teenager individuals. The differences in the evaluation results of seven methods were significant (χ 2=764.68, P<0. 01).Conclusions BMI (2) is an ideal evaluation method.
