摘 要:目的 研究茶多酚对高胆固醇和高甘油三酯饲料喂养鹌鹑的高血脂症和脂肪肝的影响。方法 检测动物血清总胆固醇 (Tch)和甘油三酯 (TG)含量以及肝组织匀浆脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)生化指标 ,观察肝组织超微结构和脂滴数量。结果 高脂饲料造成动物血清Tch和TG含量的显著升高 (P <0 .0 1;P <0 .0 1) ,肝组织匀浆MDA含量显著增加 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,肝细胞中脂滴数增至 (4 0± 10 .1)个·细胞 -1。茶多酚能减轻肝细胞水肿和脂肪浸润 ,肝细胞中脂滴数降至 (10± 3.1)个·细胞 -1,而且血清Tch和TG均明显低于高脂损伤组 (P <0 .0 1;P <0 .0 1) ,并使肝组织匀浆中MDA含量显著下降。结论 茶多酚具有较强的降血脂和良好的抗脂肪肝作用 ,并提示茶多酚的降脂保肝作用与其改善微循环和清除自由基的机制密切相关。OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of tea polyphenols (TP) on both hyperlipidemia and fatty liver of Coturnix japonica fed with high cholesterol and triglyceride food. METHODS: The ultrastructure and lipid drops of liver cells were determined by means of TEM and tissue section. The contents of Tch, TG and MDA were tested by biochemical methods respectively. RESULTS: The high lipid-food remarkably increased plasma content of Tch (P<0.01), TG (P<0.01) and MDA in liver tissue. The number of lipid drops in a liver cell was increased to (40±10.1) drops/cell. Tea polyphenols remarkably decreased the degree of pathological lipid-change of liver cells, and reduced the number of lipid drops to (10±3.1) drops/cell. It remarkably reduced plasma Tch and TG comparing with high lipid group, and obviously reduced MDA content in liver tissue. CONCLUSION: Tea polyphenols had significant effects on reducing blood-lipid and protecting the liver against fatty accumulation. The above results suggested that the protective effects of tea polyphenols against hyperlipidemia and fatty liver may be related to its effects on improving liver's microcirculation and eliminating free radicals.
