摘  要:目的 :探讨nm2 3 H1和E Cadherin(E Cad)基因蛋白在胆囊癌组织中的表达与组织类型、病理分级和转移的关系 ,及nm2 3 H1和E Cad基因蛋白表达的相关性。方法 :应用催化信号放大系统免疫组化方法 ,检测 5 2例胆囊腺癌、2 0例胆囊腺瘤和 10例慢性胆囊炎组织中nm2 3 H1和E Cad表达水平。结果 :在胆囊癌中nm2 3 H1和E Cad阳性表达率分别为 5 1.9%和 4 2 .3% ,均明显低于胆囊腺瘤和慢性胆囊炎 (P <0 .0 5 )。nm2 3 H1和E Cad表达与胆囊癌的组织类型、病理分级和转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。两基因蛋白表达在胆囊癌组织中呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :nm2 3 H1和E Cad基因与胆囊癌的转移密切相关 。Objective:To evaluate the relationship of expression of nm23 H1 and E Cadherin (E Cad) gene with histological type,pathological grading and metastasis.Methods:Catalyzed signal amplification immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expression of nm23 H1 and E Cad gene in 52 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 20 cases of gallbladder adenoma and 10 cases of chronic cholecystitis.Results:The positive rate of nm23 H1 and E Cad was 51.9% and 42.3%,which was positively correlated to the histological type,pathological grading and metastasis of carcinomas and chronic cholecystitis(P<0.05) and lower than that in gallbladder adenoma respeltively.The expression of nm23 H1 was strongly associated with the expression of E Cad(P<0.05). Conclusion:The results suggest that the expression of nm23 H1 and E Cad gene is associated with metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma,and it is helpful for the clinical doctors to determine the prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma patients .
