摘 要:目的 :比较研究不同牙周状态下分离的血链球菌和口腔链球菌过氧化氢 (H2 O2 )产生能力。方法 :随机选出不同牙周状态下分离的血链球菌和口腔链球菌各 30株 ,采用酚红还原—微量板法测定厌氧条件下两种细菌 H2 O2 的产量。结果 :血链球菌各组和口腔链球菌各组 H2 O2 的产量差异未见显著性 ;口腔链球菌产生 H2 O2 的能力强于血链球菌。结论 :提示牙周病变部位与健康部位的血链球菌和口腔链球菌产生 H2 O2 的能力基本相似 ,是否存在基因型的差异尚待进一步研究。Objective:The purpose of the present investigation was to provide experimental basis for further study on microecological prevention and treatment of periodontits through examining the distribution of Streptococcus sanguis type I and type Ⅱ in subgingival plaques at selected periodontal conditions and characterizing their H 2O 2 production. Method: 30 strains of Streptococcus sanguis type I and type Ⅱ isolated from different periodontal status which were identified by AP-PCR and PCR were included.Then the capacity of S.sanguis type I and type Ⅱ to producing H 2O 2 was examined. Results: There was no significant difference between the strains of S.sanguis from the sites with different periodontal status for both type I and Ⅱ. S.sanguis type Ⅱ produced higer H 2O 2 than S.sanguis type I. Conclusion: Streptococcus sanguis type I and type Ⅱ isolated from different periodontal status have similar capacity to produce hydrogen peroxide. Streptococcus sanguis is a beneficial species for periodontal health ,it plays an important role in maintaining the balance of periodontal microecology.
