摘 要:介绍了应用自整定PID控制的纸浆浓度控制系统的设计。首先建立纸浆浓度控制的数学模型,包括干扰和参数变化的分析,在此基础上进行了自整定PID控制器的设计。通过固定参数PID控制器和自整定PID控制器实际运行效果的比较,表明设计的自整定PID控制器具有很高的性能。实际运行结果表明,系统可以实现初次应用时控制参数自整定和过程参数变化情况下控制参数自整定,保证系统一直在最优状态运行。In this paper,the design of a self-tuning PID regulator for pulp consistency control system is introduced.In pulp control system,the process parameters often vary greatly which leads to system performance degradation or even being instable.A self-tuning PID regulator may adjust PID parameters constantly by monitoring system performance,to keep the system operation at optimal condition.In the paper,based on the establishment of the process model and the analysis of disturbance and parameter characteristics,a self-tuning PID regulator is designed.A performance comparison of the self-tuning PID regulator with a fixed parameter PID regulator shows the self-tuning PID regulator has advantage over the later.Applications indicate that the designed system has the ability of self-determining PID parameters at first running and self-adjusting PID parameters in operating,keeping system at optimal condition.The designed system is easy to use,sta-ble in running and is welcomed by user.
