2×4技术在矫治替牙期前牙反中的应用

摘　　要：目的：缩短解除替牙期前牙反He的时间，尽快恢复正常咬He关系，解除反He对颌骨正常发育及面容的影响，达到反He尽早矫治。方法：应用2×4矫治技术。结果：完成的22例全部成功，患者反He解除，前牙覆盖正常。结论：在矫治替牙期前牙反He中应用该技术，既缩短了疗程，减少复诊次数，又明显提高了疗效，对替牙期前牙反He是一种理想的矫治技术。Objective To shorten the time for releasing cross bite of labial teeth in tooth-replacing period, restore normal bite relation as soon as possible, eliminate its influence on regular development of jaw bone and face and then get the orthopedic of cross bite.Methods 2×4 orthopedic technique was adopted.Results 22 cases was completely successful with releasing cross bite and normal overbite of labial teeth.Conclusion 2×4 orthopedic technique adopted in cross bite of labial teeth in tooth-replacing period, shortened the treatment course and return visits are reduced and therapeutic effect are significantly improved. It is an ideal orthopedic technique for cross bite of labial teeth in tooth-replacing period.
