摘　　要：全面推进素质教育是高校工作的重要目标 ,网络图书馆是实施素质教育的重要场所 ,在大学生的道德素质教育、信息素质教育。It's an important target for a college to improve the college students,quality education from all aspects. Network library is an important place to carry out the quality education. It plays very important roles in the quality education in moral education, information education, cultural education and innovative education of the college students.
