绝经后妇科肿瘤113例分析

摘　　要：总结绝经后妇科仲瘤113例,占同期收治妇科肿瘤的17.15％。113例中,子宫肿瘤52例,卵巢肿瘤57例。良性肿瘤64例,恶性肿瘤49例。良、恶性肿瘤之比为1.31:1。同期妇科肿瘤546例中,良性500例,恶性46例,良、恶性之比为10.87:1。平均发病年龄为57.79岁。良性肿瘤的平均绝经年限为7.0年;恶性肿瘤为9.94年。绝经后出血、肿块是绝经后肿瘤的主要症状。手术治疗99例,无手术死亡。术后并发症占15.15％。From 1980 to 1988, 113 post-menopausal women with gynecologic tumors were reported. These cases accounted for 17.15% of a total of 659 cases of gynecologic tumors admitted during the same period. There were 52 cases of uterine tumors and 57 cases of ovarian tumors. Among the 113 cases, 64 cases were proved to be benign and 49 malignant, giving a ratio of 1.13: 1. The average age was 57.79 years. The average duration of amenorrea of benign and malignant tumors were 7.0 and 9.94 years respectively. The clinical symptoms of gynecologic tumors after menopause were vaginal bleeding (38.94%) and mass (27.43%). Operative management was done in 99 cases (87.61%). No mortality or serious complications could be attributed to operative management in this series.
