摘　　要：目的　检测口腔药冰在腭裂术后的应用价值。方法　 5 0例腭裂患者术后第一天开始应用口冰 ,观察其症状改善情况 ;5 0例作对照组。结果　腭裂术后应用口冰 ,98%的患儿症状改善 ,饮食增加 ;而对照组仅 4 0 %症状逐渐改善。Objective To examine the use of oral medical ice(OMI)after the operation of cleft palate.Methods 50 patients with cleft palate used OMI in the first day after the operation and symptoms were then evaluated.50 patients with cleft palate served as controll.Results Ninety eight percent of patients with cleft palate using OMI after the operation were improved in their symptoms,but only forty percent patients with cleft palate in the control was improved gradually.Conclusion The application of oral medical ice(OMI)is a good method to improve the symptoms after the operation of cleft palate.
