摘 要:目的 观察多生牙与正常牙组织学结构异同。方法 选择 32颗多生牙 ,在光镜下观察其切片及磨片的组织学结构并与正常牙对照。结果 切片观察多生牙见较多的球间牙本质 ,与成年牙比较钙化球不明显 ,牙髓组织与正常牙髓基本一致 ;磨片见釉质生长线、釉板常不明显 ,透光性低 ,童氏粒层无或少。未见典型细胞性牙骨质。结论 多生牙组织学形态基本正常 。Objective To describe the characteristics of supernumerary tooth compared with normal tooth in histology and morphology.Methods Slices from 32 supernumerary teeth were observed under light microscope and compared with normal teeth.Results In the slices examined more interglobular dentin and less calcified globules were observed in the supernumerary than in the normal teeth.The pulp structures were basically the same.The incremental line and lamellae were not distinct,and the transparency was low.There were less or no Tome's granular layer,and no typical cellular cementum.Conclusion The structure of the supernumerary tooth is basically normal,but the calcification is low.
