摘　　要：概述了北氵名河铁矿的情况 ,总结了北氵名河铁矿在基建期间所进行的管理创新、技术创新工作。通过5年的探索 ,围绕“以人为本 ,科技兴矿”的宗旨 ,基本形成了“资源有限 ,开拓无限 ,不断超越 ,共享成功”的经营理念和“求实求精求发展 ,创业创新创一流”的企业精神 ;先进的采矿工艺、现代化的生产设备、科学的机构设置 。Beiminghe Iron Mine is briefly introduced and the management and technical innovation work made during its capital construction are summarised.Through five years' exploration and with 'taking people as the redical and the sci technology as the means to make the mine prosperous' as the aim,an operation concept of 'limited resource but unlimited development,unceasing surmounting and joint enjoyment of success'and an enterprise spirit of 'seeking for reality,precision and development and creating wonder,novelty and first rate work' have been formed and advanced mining technology,modern production equipment and scientific institutional set up adopted.All this has laid good foundation for the mine's development.
