莫沙必利联合西咪替丁治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察莫沙必利联合西咪替丁对功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 :2 40例入选病例随机分为两组 ,莫沙必利组 12 0例 :莫沙必利 5 m g,每日三次 ,西咪替丁 80 0 mg,每日一次 ;多潘立酮组 12 0例 ;多潘立酮 10 mg,每日三次 ,西咪替丁 80 0 m g,每日一次 ,疗程均为 4周。结果 :实际完成 2 2 6例 ,莫沙必利组总有效率为 92 .8% (10 3/ 111) ,多潘立酮组总有效率为 78.3% (90 / 115 ) ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :莫沙必利联合西咪替丁可有效地缓解功能性消化不良 。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of mosapride combining cimetidine in treating functional dyspepsia.Methods:240 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups:group mosapried of 120 patients was treated with mosaptride 5 mg tid and cimedtidine 800 mg qd,for 4 weeds.Group domeperidone of 120 patients was treated with domeperidone 10 mg tid and cimetidine 800 mg qd for 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rates of Group mosapried and Group domeperidone were 92.8 % and 78.3 % respetively( P <0.01).Conclusion:Mosapride combining cimetidine can be used as optimal regimens in treating functional dyspepsia.
