摘　　要：随着美国新经济的出现,在经济全球化的今天,高新技术已成为当今世界各国综合国力较量及竞争的焦点和核心。由此培育我国厂商高新技术竞争优势已成为当务之急。本文通过实证分析说明了厂商获取技术优势的重要性并简要概括了存在的问题和解决途径。s:With the appearance of new economy and the tendency of economic globalization,high-tech has been the focus and core of overall national strength in the world.Hence,it's the top priority to foster the high-tech competitive advantages of Chinese firms.By way of positive analysis this paper analyzes the significance of obtaining technology advantages and sums up the present problems and possible solutions.
