摘　　要：目的 :探讨不同药物治疗对精神分裂症患者与照看者生活质量的影响。方法 :采用生活质量量表 (WHOQOL -10 0 )对经利培酮、氯氮平治疗达显效出院后的精神分裂症患者与照看者生活质量进行评定与分析。结果 :照看者生活质量极显著的低于正常人群 (P <0 0 0 1) ;利培酮组照看者生活质量均高于氯氮平组照看者 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 0 0 1) ;照看者生活质量与患者生活质量密切相关。结论Objective: To compare the influences of clozapine and risperdal on quality of life of schizophrenics and their care-givers Method: Double blinded randomized study was done in 162 schizophrenic outpatients (82 with risperdal, 80 with clozapine) GQOLI (general quality of life inventory) and PANSS (positive and negative symptom scale) were used as research instruments The caregivers of patients were also received assessment of quality of life Results: The quality of life of care-givers was significantly lower than norm (P<0 01) The caregivers and schizophrenics in risperidone group had better quality of life than their counterparts in clozapine group There was significant positive correlation between quality of life of care-givers and that of the patients Conclusion:Risperidone will help to improve not only quality of life of schizophrenics, but also that of their caregivers
