肺癌患者血清细胞因子sIL-2R、sIL-6R、TNF-α水平和T细胞亚群的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨肺癌患者血清细胞因子可溶性白介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)、可溶性白介素 6受体 (sIL 6R)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)水平以及与T细胞亚群的关系。方法　应用ELISA法检测 76例晚期肺癌患者血清细胞因子sIL 2R、sIL 6R和TNF α水平 ,应用流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群分布。 1 0例正常人细胞因子作对照 ,40例正常人T细胞亚群作对照。结果　sIL 2R水平肺癌组虽然高于正常组 ,但较离散 ,故无明显差异。肺癌组sIL 6R水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,TNF α水平明显低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1 )。CD4/CD8在正常范围组sIL 2R的低水平病例百分比明显大于CD4/CD8不正常范围组。sIL 6R水平不受CD4/CD8影响均明显升高。TNF α低水平病例在免疫功能低下组百分比最高。结论　临床检测sIL 2R、sIL 6R、TNF α的水平能反映患者的免疫功能状态、肿瘤的发展状态 。Purpose: To investigate the expression level of sIL-2R, sIL-6R, TNF-α in lung cancer and its relation to peripheral T cell subsets. Methods: Expression level of sIL-2k, sIL-6R, TNF-α was studied by ELISA techniques in 76 patient serum with lung cancer and 10 cases of healthy men. The peripheral brood CD3, CD4, CD8 was detected by FCM in same case and 40 cases of healthy men. Results: Serum sIL-2R levels were higher than normal, but no significance was observed. Low levels of sIL-2R were frequently observed in normal CD4/CD8 ratio patients. Serum sIL-6R levels were higher than normal (P < 0.01). Levels of sIL-6R were not correlated with CD4/CD8 ratio. The TNF-α levels significantly decreased (P < 0.01). Low levels of TNF-α were frequently observed in CD4/CD8 ratio<1.5 patients. Conclusions: sIL-2R, sIL-6R, TNF-α may be important parameters reflecting the immune competence, lung cancer progression and prognosis of patients.
