摘  要:施氮能提高小麦籽粒蛋白质氨基酸的含量 ,并与施氮水平呈正相关 ;但对普通小麦必需氨基酸与蛋白质氨基酸的比值没有影响 ,而硬粒小麦 42 86随施氮水平的提高 ,该比值下降。在开花后 3 2 d以前 ,籽粒发育过程中游离氨基酸与施氮水平呈正相关 ,以后 ,籽粒中游离氨基酸趋于相近 ,表明施氮增加了游离氨基酸的库源 ,不同基因型小麦对施氮水平的反应不同 ,在同等施氮水平和栽培条件下 ,籽粒中蛋白质氨基酸和游离氨基酸含量为硬粒小麦 42 86>小偃 6号 >小偃 1 0 7,不同施氮水平下 ,籽粒中氨基酸含量为高氮 >中氮 >Effect of different contents of nitrogen application (67.5 kg/667 m 2,157.5 kg/667 m 2 and 247.5 kg/667 m 2) on amino acids content in process of Xiao Yan (No.6,107) and hard seed wheat (4286) seed development was studied.The results showed that nitrogen application increased total amino acids content of variety seeds and correlated with those,but had on effect of those on seeds of control.The proportion of essential amino acids and total amino acids of hard seed wheat decreased as contents of nitrogen application increased.Contents of nitrogen application correlated to free amino acid in process of wheat seed development within 32 days after flowering,then content of free amino acid under different levels of nitrogen application trended to nearly same.These indicated that nitrogen application increased pool source of free amino acid.Various gene types of wheat varities respended to levels of nitrogen application differently.Under the same Effect of different contents of nitrogen application(67.5 kg/667 m 2,157.5 kg/667 m 2 and 247.5 kg/667 m 2) on amino acids content in process level of nitrogen application.The orders contents of total and free amino acid were 4286>Xiao Yan No.6>Xiao Yan No.107 and the highest content of nitrogen application>the middle content>the lowest content.
