肝脏脂肪瘤的诊断和治疗(附11例报告)

摘　　要：目的　探讨肝脏脂肪瘤的影像表现 ,诊断和鉴别诊断要点及治疗方式。方法　总结 1982～ 2 0 0 1年收治手术及病理证实的肝脏脂肪瘤影像表现及诊治经验。结果　肝脏脂肪瘤在影像上有特征表现 :瘤内脂肪在 B超上表现为强回声区 ;CT上呈明显低密度 ;MRI T1W1呈高信号 ,部分病灶可强化。结论　影像学表现可反映肝脂肪瘤组织成分 ,有助于术前诊断 。Objective To discuss the imaging features,differential diagnosis and treatment of hepatic lipoma.Methods 11 patients with hepatic lipoma confirmed by operation and pathology from 1982 2001 were analysed for imaging features and experience in diganosis and treatment.Results Hepatic lipoma demonstrated characterstic signs:fatty content within the tumor presented as a hyperechoic area on ultrasonograph,a very low density area on CT,and a hyperintense area on MR.Some lesions showed enhancement.Conclusion Imaging signs can reflect the composition of the tumor,which are helpful for making a correct diagnosis preoperatively.Operation is the best method of treatment for hepatic lipoma.
