记忆型人工晶状体植入术后的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察植入记忆型人工晶状体 (Memorylens)术后患者的视力、后发障发生率及记忆型人工晶状体的生物相容性等方面的情况。方法 :对 5 2例植入记忆型人工晶状体的患者进行观察、统计 ,并同期对照 5 2例植入丙烯酸酯折叠型人工晶状体 (Acrysof)的患者。此 10 4例手术均为清亮角膜切口 ,行超声乳化白内障摘除术后植入人工晶状体。结果 :两组对比结果提示 ,术后炎症反应发生率均较低 ,术后均能较快地恢复视力 ,术后一周裸眼视力达到 0 5以上的 ,记忆型人工晶状体组为 35例 (6 7% ) ,丙烯酸酯折叠型人工晶状体组为 32例 (6 1 5 % )。术后观察 1～ 7个月 ,两组均未发生后发障。结论 :记忆型人工晶状体与丙烯酸酯折叠型人工晶状体植入术后的炎症反应均轻微 ,术后视力恢复快。Objective:To investigate the postoperative results,including visual acuity,biocompatibility,and posterior capsule opacification after implantation of Memorylens .Methods:Data of 52 patients after Memorylens implantation were collected and 52 patients of Acysof IOL implantation were used as control.All operations were performed by the same experienced surgeon using same standardized surgical protocol:incision in clear cornea,capsulorhexis,phacoemulsification,and in the bag implantation of the IOL.Result:All the patients of these two groups show low rate of postoperative inflammation,and had good postoperative visual acuity.Percentage of the visual acuity better than 0 5:Memorylens group is 67%,Acrysof group is 61 5%.The parients were followed up for 1 to 7 months,and no posterior capsule opacification was found in either group.Conclusion:Though there is no differences between Memorylens group and Acrysof group in the aspects of visual acuity,biocompatibility,and posterior capsule opacification,but the speciality of thermoelastic material of Memorylens makes it one more choice of Phaco surgey.
