摘　　要：目的 :探讨YAG(5 32 )激光治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的方法。方法 :对 2 6例 (2 7只眼 )孔源性视网膜脱离行激光封闭裂孔。结果 :一次成功 13例 (14只眼 ) ,二次成功 5例 ,三次成功 6例 ,无效 1例 ,复发 1例。治愈率 92 6 %。结论 :YAG倍频 (5 32 )激光选择性地治疗裂孔性视网膜脱离 ,痛苦较小 。Objective:To evaluate the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with frequency double YAG laser(532).Methods:26 patients(27 eyes)with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were treated with frequency double YAG laser(532),and the data were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Of the 26 patients,there were 13 patients(14 eyes)successed after one operation,5 patients(5 eyes)after 2 treatments,and 6 patients(6 eyes) after 3 treatments,1 patient(1 eye)failed,but the retina reattached after surgery.In 1 patient(1 eye),the retina redetached.The success rate was 92 6%.Conclusion:Treating selected patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with frequency double YAG laser(532)is of little suffering and with high success rate.
