摘　　要：根据纸浆模塑快餐具自动生产设备中热压模塑模具的特点和工作条件 ,采用有限元仿真法 ,利用Supersap5程序对模具进行了强度分析 ,给出相应的工作参数 ,从而确定模具工作时的受力状况 ,确定模具的薄弱点 。According to the characteristics and working condition of the hot compression mould on the automatic production equipment for pulp snack_containers, the strength of the mould was analyzed with the finite element emulation method and the Supersap5 program. And the corresponding working parameters were given so as to determine the stress condition of the mould under work and find out the weakness of the mould, which provided scientific and reliable foundation for design of the mould and selection of the working parameters.
