摘　　要：目的　通过实验优选出肠必清干粉的最佳喷雾干燥制备条件。方法　以肠必清干粉含水量及总番泻苷损失率为指标 ,考察不同进风温度、喷速对肠必清干粉质量的影响。结果　优选出最佳喷雾干燥条件 :进风温度为 15 0～ 170℃ ,喷速为 35 0 0 m l/ h。结论　采用上述喷雾干燥条件制备肠必清干粉是可行的。Objective To optimize the best spraying dry process of Changbiqing(CBQ) powder.Methods By using the loss rate of total sennosides and moisture content as parameters, to investigate the varies inflow wind temperature and spraying velocity on the effect of quality of CBQ powder. Results The best spraying dry conditions were as follows: inflow wind temperature at 150~170 ℃ and spraying velocity at 3000~3500ml/h.The average loss rate of total sennosides and moisture content of CBQ powder which was made by above method were 3.2% and 4.4% respectively.Conclusion By using above method to make CBQ powder is available.
