摘　　要：在技术创新中 ,企业的自身利益与社会的技术进步之间存在着不可避免的矛盾。技术创新与知识产权通过市场媒介联系得越来越密切 ,借助知识产权制度可以缓解技术创新存在的矛盾。据此 ,分析了知识产权对技术创新的作用 。Companies' own profit is contradicted with social technology progress. The relation between technology innovation and intellectual property becomes closer through the market media. Intellectual property,can be used resolve the contradiction. It analyses intellectual property's advantage for the technology innovation,and puts forward some proposals to manage companies' technology innovation by using intellectual property.
