摘　　要：介绍了在我国当前的IT技术与计算机网络技术发展的前提下 ,发展中小企业B2B(BusinesstoBusiness)电子商务 (E business)系统的一种新的方法 ,即将网上交易系统与客户端处理系统相结合的方式。Introduces a new means of developing the B2B(Business to Business)E business system of small and medium enterprise, which is the mode of coupling the internet system with client handler system.
