P16蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨P16蛋自在乳腺癌中的表达情况及其临床价值。方法 :应用SP免疫组织化学方法对 75例乳腺癌组织中CDKNI抑癌基因P16蛋白表达进行检测。结果 :P16蛋白阳性表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与乳腺癌的术后生存期呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与乳腺癌的组织学分级 ,以及肿瘤的大小无相关性。结论 :P16蛋白表达水平 ,可作为估计乳腺癌预后的重要指标。Objective:To explore expression of P16 protein in breast carcinoma and clinical significance.Methods:The expression of P16 protein were examined by means of SP immunohistochemical technique in 75 cases of breast cancer proved by pathology.Results:The expression of P16 protein is associated with tumor genesis( P <0.05),The expression of P16 protein was in negative correlation with metastatic human breast cancer( P <0.05).The expression of P16 protein was in positive correlation with survival more than 5 years.( P<0.005).Conclusion:The levels of expression of P16 protein in breast cancer may be an important indicator of prognosis.
