摘　　要：该文是作者对国产夏利轿车减振器关于外特性设计与工艺质量控制问题的研究报告 ;对国产夏利轿车减振器软件设计特别是硬件工艺以及试验规范的潜在问题、它们对硬件品质及其对系统的影响 ,提出了理论结合实际的、系统结合元件的。This article is a research report on issues of outer characteristic design and process quality control of Xia-li automobile shock absorbers.The article focuses on some potential problems of software design,hardware process and test specifications in the home-made Xia-li's shock absorber,and probes into their impact on hardware quality and system.As a theoretical analysis supported by practical experience,this report presents the research conclusions with te combinations of system and component,software and hardware.
