双吻合器技术在直肠癌低位前切除术中的应用及并发症分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨双吻合器技术在低位直肠癌手术治疗中应用的适应证及并发症的预防。方法　回顾性分析 1997年 11月～ 2 0 0 0年 11月间采用双吻合器技术治疗的低位直肠癌 14 6例的疗效 ,肿瘤复发及并发症的发生与预防情况。结果　 14 6例手术后 2例局部复发 ,发生吻合口漏 2例(1 4 % ) ,吻合口狭窄 8例 (5 4 % ) ,术后早期吻合口大出血 4例 (2 7% )。结论　双吻合器技术的应用可以扩大Dixon手术适应证的范围 。ObjectiveTo evaluate the indication for and postoperative complication of double stapling procedure for low rectal cancer operation.MethodsTumor recurrence and postoperative complications were retrospectively analyzed in 146 cases receiving low rectal cancer resection, from Nov. 1997 to Nov. 2000 in our hospital. ResultsCancer recurred postoperatively in 2 cases. There were 2 cases suffering from anastomotic fistula (1.4%), and 8 cases from anastomotic stenosis (5 4%). Anastomotic hemorrhage developed in 4 cases (2 7%). ConclusionThe indication of Dixon procedure for low rectal carcinoma could be broadened by the use of double stapler not at the expense of radical cure of the cancer.
