摘　　要：艾滋病是由人免疫缺陷病毒感染导致人体防御机能缺陷 ,而易于发生机会性感染和肿瘤的临床综合征。本文按照人免疫缺陷病毒复制周期中的不同环节 ,分别介绍融合抑制剂、逆转录酶抑制剂、蛋白酶抑制剂和整合酶抑制剂的最新研究进展。AIDS is caused by human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).To inhibit the replication and spread of HIV,four kinds of inhibitors have been reported according to the life cycle of HIV,which are fusion inhibitors,reverse transcriptase inhibitors,protease inhibitors and integrase inhibitors.In this article,we reviewed respectively the present status and progress of the four kinds of inhibitors.
