摘 要:目的 :观察六月雪的抑菌作用及其急性毒性。方法 :用平板测定法检测六月雪的抑菌作用 ,并测定其最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)和最低杀菌浓度 (MBC)。急性毒性实验用小鼠以口服给药测定最大耐受量 (MTD)。结果 :六月雪对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌均有较强的抑制作用 ,最低抑菌浓度均为 1.2 5 % ,最低杀菌浓度分别为 2 .5 % ,1.2 5 %。急性毒性实验表明该物质的最大耐受量大于 4 0g/kg。结论 :六月雪有明显的抑菌作用 。Objective: To observe the antimicrobial effect of Liuyuexue and its acute toxicity. Methods:Fungal flating methods were used to determine the antimicrobial effect.Itsminimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and mininal bactericidal concentration(MBC) were measured too.The mice were used in acute loxocity experiments.Oral maximal tolerance dose (MTD) were determined. Results: Liuyuxue had obvious antimicrobial actions on Bacillus subtilis and Escherchia coli. MICs for them were both 1.25%.MBCs were 2.5% and 1.25%,respectively.The test of toxicology showed that the MTD of Liuyuexue was over 40 g/kg. Conclusions:Liuyuexue has obvious antimicrobial effect, and it is lowly toxic or nontoxic.
