试色糊剂对牙齿双层烤瓷贴面颜色的影响

摘　　要：目的:应用修复牙饰面瓷后的氧化铝瓷贴面技术,对所结合的3个颜色试色糊剂的颜色变化进行观察。方法:15个氧化铝圆盘堆加维他比色A1、A2和B4的饰面瓷,底质上覆盖饰面后的氧化铝圆盘,并在其间隙加入3种试色糊剂,测量并计算颜色差异。结果:饰面后的氧化铝圆盘未加入试色糊剂和加入亮色试色糊剂、暗色试色糊剂后,存在的差异具有显著性(P<0.01),亮色试色糊剂使颜色变亮、变黄,暗色试色糊剂使颜色变暗、变蓝,中性试色糊剂与空白对照相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:试色糊剂对双层烤瓷贴面的颜色产生了可觉察的颜色变化。Objective:To evaluate the alteration of color on dark substrates cove red with veneered aluminum oxide disks in combination with 3 colored try-in gel s.Methods: Fifteen aluminum oxide disks were divided into 3 groups veneered with porcelain. Vita Lumin shades A1,A2,and B4.The color of the substrates covered by veneered disks with or without 3 different colored try-in gels and the resu lting color differences were measure and calculated. Results:There were signific ant color differences (P< 0.01) in substrates covered by veneered aluminum oxide disks with or without light and dark try-in gels. The color was shifted to the lightness and yellow with the use of a light try-in gel,and shifted to the gr ayness and blue resulted with the use of dark try-in gel. Conclusion:The applic ation of light and dark try-in gels,or the equivalent of colored resin cements ,placed between a dark substrate and veneered aluminum oxide disks will substan tially alter the perceived resulting color.
