院制角膜保存液中添加表皮生长因子和纤维连结蛋白的实验研究

摘  要:目的:通过动物实验以添加表皮生长因子(EGF)和纤维连结蛋白(FN)改善院制中期角膜保存液的功效。方法:用角膜保存液Optisol和CSM相对照,通过对离体猪角膜内皮细胞计数和角膜厚度测量,研究不同浓度的EGF和FN对该角膜保存液的效果。结果:在各试验组中,15μg/mlEGF+15μg/mlFN组效果最佳,但逊于Optisol和CSM角膜保存液。结论:EGF和FN协同作用改善了角膜保存液的效果,基本能够达到手术需要。Objective:To improve efficacy of the corneal storage medium prepar ed by our hospital by adding epidermal growth factor(EGF) and fibronectin(FN).Me thods:Effect of adding different concentrations of EGF and FN in the corneal st orage medium was compared by the Optisol and CSM through measuring the endotheli al density and the thickness of pig cornea in vitro.Results:The corneal storage medium added both EGF of 15 μg/ml and FN of 0.2 μg/ml proved most efficient a mong all tested groups,but the endothelial density and the thickness of the cor nea were slightly lower than Optisol and CSM. Conclusion:The corneal storage me dium adding EGF and FN can basically meet surgical demand at the end of two week s′preservation.
