摘 要:介绍采用微机系统测定形状记忆合金相变点 ,绘制相变的温度 -时间、电阻 -时间和温度 电阻曲线 ,实现曲线的自动存储、分析和打印 ,并自动进行数据处理的方法。这种方法较X Y函数记录仪法有精度高、数据处理快、查询方便等诸多优点 ,有效降低了人为因素的影响。系统采用VB语言开发 ,部分应用了VC中的动态链接库函数 。Transformation temperatures of shape memory alloy are usually measured through resistance by way of X Y function recorder. This paper introduces a new way which uses computer system to measure transformation temperatures of shape memory alloy through resistance, to draw temperature time curve, resistance time curve and temperature resistance curve. These curves can be stored up, analyzed and printed. And these data are disposed automatically. It is better than that one, using X Y function recorder, because of its high precision, fast disposition and convenient inquiry. It also can reduce the man made affection effectively. This system is developed by computer language of VB, and adopts DLL function of VC partly. They compose a practical inquiry system with Access database.
