全口义齿初戴患者月训练计划

摘　　要：目的 :针对全口义齿初戴患者对义齿过高的期望和误解 ,心理方面存在的不同程度的障碍 ,以及在义齿适应时存在的现实困难 ,提出由主诊医师指导监督评价修正 ,协同患者进行适应性训练的计划 ,以帮助患者尽快适应义齿。方法 :从日常门诊中选取初次镶全口义齿的患者分两组 ,对照组按常规 ,实验组实施月训练计划 ,观察两组适应情况及对义齿的满意程度。结果 :实验组患者在复诊时情绪方面表现出乐观、积极、自信 ,对义齿的评价满意以上占绝大多数 ;两组全口义齿满意度具有统计学差异。结论 :全口义齿戴牙后并不意味着主诊医师完成诊疗任务。对全口义齿初戴患者极有必要在医师继续指导下进行适应性训练 ,既能缩短适应期 ,又能使患者正确对待义齿修复 ,获得健康的心理。Objective:In order to help the first wearers to adapt fast to complete dentures,dentists should guide,superintend,appraise and correct the patients′ attitude and behavior,such as their high expectations or misunderstandings for complete denture,psychological impediments and difficulties in adaptation to complete denture.Methods:Fifty-six patients selected from prosthodontic clinic were divided randomly into two groups.The control group received routine treatment,While the experiment group was given adaptive practising plan.Results:Patients received adaptive practising plan showed more optimistic,positive and self-confident manners at every follow up examination Most of them were satisfied with complete comparing to the control group.Conclusions:It is suggested that necessary adaptive practising plan should be provided for first wearers of complete dentures,which can shorten the adaptive period.
