青春高峰期快速上颌扩大后腭中缝水平向变化的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究快速上颌扩大在水平方向上引起的腭中缝的变化。方法 :采用支架式快速上颌扩大装置 ,对 30名替牙或早期恒牙患者进行快扩 ,2次 /天 ,90°/次 ,共 14天。拍摄左手腕骨片 ,在快扩前后分别拍摄上颌前部咬片。结果 :不同位置上骨缝增宽值之间具有较高的相关性 ,增宽比例为 1│ 1∶4│ 4∶5│ 5∶6│ 6 =3 4∶2 2∶1 8∶1。结论 :腭中缝在水平面上由后向前成“V”字型开大 ,开大范围与边缘毛糙程度及骨龄无明显相关。Objective:To investigate the changes of palatal suture after rapid maxillary expansion.Methods:Thirty juvenile subjects,12 males,18 females(age range 9.8-14.11 years) were evaluated.Hyrax expansion appliances were used for all cases,with 1/4 turn every time,2 time/day.The active period was 14 days.Occlusal films were taken before and immediately after treatment And a hand-wrist radiograph was required before RME to recored bone age.Results:The split extend to the horizontal plane of palatine bones.The rate of the increment on the suture was:3*E3∶4*E4∶5*E5∶6*E6=3.4∶2.2∶1.8∶1.Conclusion:The palatal suture split in a triangular fashion.in a transversal direction.And the split palatal suture show no significant relationship with patients age and bone age.
