骨的非骨化性纤维瘤的X线诊断(附23例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨骨的非骨化性纤维瘤的X线表现 ,提高对本病的诊断和鉴别诊断水平。材料与方法 :回顾性分析了经手术病理证实为非骨化性纤维瘤 2 3例的X线资料。结果 :病变位于胫骨者 14例、股骨 7例、尺桡骨 2例。根据X线表现分为两型 :(1)皮质型或偏心型 15例 ,(2 )骨髓型或中心型 8例。结论 :非骨化性纤维瘤的X线表现具有特征性 ,对鉴别诊断有价值。Purpose:To evaluate the X-ray appearances and to improve diagnosis and differential diagnosis of non-ossifying fibroma of bone.Materials nad Methods:X-ray Materials of 23 patients operative and pathological proved non-ossifying fibroma were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The lesion is located at tibia in 14,femur 7,radius-ulna 2. the X-ray findings may be divided into two types:(1)cortical or eccentric type (15 cases),(2) medullary or central type (8 cases).Conclusion:Non-ossifying fibroma of characteristic X-ray findings which are of value in differential diagnosis.
