肝细胞癌及癌旁组织中骨形态发生蛋白的免疫组织化学研究

摘　　要：目的　研究HCC及其癌旁组织是否存在BMPs。方法　利用S -P免疫组织化学技术检测 15例肝细胞癌及其癌旁组织中BMPs的表达。结果　BMPs不均一的存在于HCC及其癌旁组织中。肝癌细胞胞浆和 /或胞核呈阳性 ,而癌旁组织胞浆阳性 ,仅一例胞浆胞核阳性。结论　首次报道肝细胞癌及其癌旁组织存在骨形态发生蛋白BMPs 。Objective To study whether BMPs exist in HCC and their surrounding liver tissues. Methods S-P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of BMPs in 15 HCC and their surrounding liver tissues. Results We found that the positive singnals of BMPs were heterogeneous localized in nucleuses and/or cytoplasm in hepatocarcinoma cells, and pericarcinomatous tissues were mainly stained in cytoplasmic. BMP positive in both nucleuses and cytoplasma was seen only one case.Conclusion BMPs exist in HCC and their surrounding tissues and might be related to the carcinogenesis of HCC.
