摘　　要：为农村基层培养“下得去、留得住、用得上”的医药卫生人才,是21世纪我国医学教育工作的战略方向。对此战略提出的背景予以初步探讨,并就医学生如何“下得去、留得住、用得上,提出了几点浅薄的看法。To cultivate curatorial manpower who can go down,stay down and use well is a strategical direction of our medical education in 21st century, This article discusses on the background in which the strategy was advanced, then puts forward some suggestions on how to go down, stay down and use well.
