帕米膦酸二钠治疗转移性骨肿瘤疼痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的　观察帕米膦酸二钠对癌骨转移的止痛效果、活动能力变化及不良反应。方法　对 42例确诊骨转移癌患者静脉滴注帕米膦酸二钠 60mg,每 2周重复。 结果　止痛显效 1 2例 ,有效 2 4例 ,无效 6例 ,总有效率 85 .7% ,活动能力改善有效率 64 .2 % ,不良反应轻微。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Disodium Pamidronate on relieving pain due to metastatic bone tumor and the changes of movement ability and side effects. Methods 42 patients diagnosing with metastatic bone tumor were given Disodium Pamidronate 60mg by intravenous infusion. The treatment were repeated once every two weeks. Results Complete relief of pain was observed in 12 patients, partial relief in 24 patients. The treatment was of no effect in 6 patients. The total effective rate was 85.7%, the improved effective rate of moving ability was 64.2%. The side effect was slightly. Conclusions Disodium Pamidronate is a good pain reliever in treatment patients with metastatic cancer of the bone.
