摘　　要：血管内皮抑素不仅能特异性地抑制血管内皮生长 ,而且对血管形成和肿瘤生长也具有强烈的抑制作用 .利用PCR法从人胎肝cDNA文库中克隆了人血管内皮抑素的编码序列 ,构建了重组质粒pRSendo ,并在E .coli中表达 .SDS PAGE表明其表达产物为包涵体 .此外 。Endostatin specifically inhibits endothelial proliferation and potently inhibits angiogenesis and tumor growth. By using PCR method, the coding sequence of endostatin was amplified from the fetal liver cDNA library. The recombinant plasmid was named as PRSendo and expressed in E. coli . SDS PAGE showed that the expression products of PRSendo existed as a form of inclusion body. In addition, this protein was preliminary purified.
