ENBD+抗肿瘤药物灌注对晚期胆管癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察ENBD +抗肿瘤药物灌注对晚期胆管癌的疗效。方法 :对 6例晚期胆管癌患者在ENBD基础上给予MMC灌注 ,并与 6例经手术姑息治疗的晚期胆管癌作回顾对照分析。结果 :近期疗效与对照组相仿 ,而远期疗效略优于对照组 ,且无副作用及并发症发生。结论 :该方法为无手术切除可能及无手术意愿的患者提供了一种安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of ENBD and anticancer drugs infusion on advanced cholangiocarcinoma. Methods: 6 advanced cholangiocarcinoma cases were treated by mitomycin infusion on the base of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (BNBD), retrospectively compared with the another 6 advanced cholangiocarcinoma cases treated by palliative surgery. Results: In the study group, symptoms were relieved, liver function was improved, and mass shrinked in 2 cases. The short-term efficacy was not significantly different from the control group, but the long-term efficacy was superior to the control group and no adverse effects and complications occurred. Conclusions: It may be a new, safe, effective endoscopic therapeutic way provided to unresectable cases or cases without surgery attempt.
