大剂量服用卡马西平出现意识障碍、小脑性共济失调1例

摘　　要：1例大剂量 (16h内服卡马西平 1.6g)服用卡马西平出现意识障碍、小脑性共济失调。经及时采取有效的解救 ,病人意识恢复正常。 2mo后随诊 ,未再出现意识障碍。Consciousness disorders and cerebellar ataxia in one patient induced by large dose oral administration of carbamazepine(1.6 g, po, during 16 h). Through the promt and proper treatment, the consciousness of patient was returned to normal. A follow-up two months later revealed no recurrence.
